Here at OverComers Rehab and Physical Therapy, we provide physical and manual therapy services. Manual Therapy is a hands-on approach of treatment that focuses on tissue specific treatments to facilitate proper stimulations for regeneration or healing of various tissues; whether it be under performing muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments. Treatments in this area may include moving the joints in their normal movement pattern with emphasis on joint mobilizations, muscle stretching, passive movements and dosed excercises using current research and specific dosing techniques using the Holten Curve to regain movement and improve muscle activation.
